WBE is Galletti's new range of non-reversible, water-cooled heat pumps engineered for high-temperature water production. This booster unit operates with low- or medium-temperature sources and can be installed indoors or outdoors. The system uses R515B, a Class A1 non-flammable refrigerant with a GWP of just 293, ensuring operational safety and minimal environmental impact.
The WBE range is designed to produce hot water up to 90 °C by evaporation using medium-temperature heat sources (typically 45 °C), making it ideal for cascade configurations with air-cooled heat pumps. Its wide operating range allows operation at very low temperatures down to 5 °C, enabling independent operation without requiring an additional heat source.
