The LEP units serve medium-high capacity applications such as multiresidential or commercial buildings, offering a wide range of heating capacities from 40 to 420 kW, guaranteeing high thermodynamic efficiency and broad configurability. These water/water heat pumps feature a fully enclosed design for quiet operation in non-segregated spaces, with a rounded shape that contributes to an attractive appearance.
The system operates through six water connections serving three distinct circuits. Units contain three plate heat exchangers: one for the user circuit (evaporating/condensing), one for dissipation (evaporating/condensing), and one for hot water production (condensing). This configuration enables multiple operational modes including chiller, heat pump, sanitary hot water, and combined chiller plus DHW production.
LEP units support both two-pipe and four-pipe system installations. Two-pipe systems use alternating heating/cooling through a single exchanger, while four-pipe systems offer both hot water (with respective return lines) and chilled water (with respective return lines).
