Airplus Air Conditioning Technologies has been producing with its qualified personnel since the beginning of September with the investment it made this year, in its new facility at the Hüseyinli-Şile box office on the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge route on the Istanbul Asian Side.

Providing information on the subject, Kubilay Çiftci, General Manager of Airplus Air Conditioning Technologies, said, “Our new facility is located on a total area of 9 thousand square meters. 6,700 m2 of this area is closed and 2,300 m2 is open space. There is a 2 storey Administrative Department of 1150 m2 in the closed area. In the Administrative Department, we have created a large conference hall in order to ensure the continuity of the qualified workforce and the outsourcing after-sales service (service network). We will use this hall extensively throughout the year, which has ideal opportunities to provide theoretical training to candidates and to update information by providing refresher training to our existing resources, especially due to established service demands in international projects. With these efforts, we aim to ensure the continuity of service quality. After the theoretical training, we will be able to introduce our products in the showroom. With this investment, we will triple our production capacity and be able to respond to projects faster. As always; With our initial investment cost, equipment and workmanship quality, energy efficiency, flexible solution alternatives suitable for the project, appropriate delivery times and our original design, we will continue on our way with firm but bigger steps in our new location.”

Providing information about the architecture of the new factory, Çiftci said, “We used an architectural design that focuses on the comfort and happiness of the employees and the continuity of quality and efficiency in production. In order to increase the interest of all department employees in the products and to make them feel the common purpose, we have enabled the production area to be monitored from the common areas as well as the management departments.”

Talking about the production line of the new factory, Çiftci said: “Our product range is quite wide. In our new factory, air handling unit, DX coil air handling unit, hygienic type packaged air handling unit and rooftop packaged air handling unit (rooftop), fan coil units, pool dehumidification units, heat pump heat recovery unit, ceiling type heat recovery unit, DX coiled ceiling type heat recovery device, vertical type heat recovery device, hot air apparatus, cell fans, cell ventilator, shelter fan, hood unit, shaft damper, floor convector, rectangular duct type fan, duct type heater, axial jet fan and hepa filter box production will continue. As it has been for 10 years, innovative products required by the domestic and international market will be designed and produced. There will be 10 assembly lines in our production line. We will invest 1 laser and 1 punch machine for our new facility. Of course, the increase in our assembly line increases our need for qualified personnel. We have completed our preparations for this. We will continue to offer 'One-Stop Supply and After-Sales Service for HVAC' with our production, sales, after-sales services team and technical staff.
