The frame of our cabinet fans is made of natural anodized aluminum profile and plastic corner elements. Cabinet panels are optionally 25 mm or 42 mm thick, and the outer wall is made of electrostatic powder painted and the inner wall is made of galvanized sheet. It is indispensable for central ventilation applications thanks to its high efficiency and energy saving rock wool filled panels, modern carcass structure, statically and dynamically balanced, silent, efficient double-suction radial or plug-in fans. Our electric motors are 380V-50Hz as standard.
The fan-motor assembly used in our cabinet ventilators is in a vibration-damped chassis, and power transmission is provided by a belt-pulley assembly. Thanks to this system, optimum flow and pressure settings are realized by adjusting the fan speeds as desired.
All double-skinned panels are mounted to the aluminum frame with screws. As standard, the service and intervention doors are rigid hinged without gaps and the air handling unit lock, which has a compression feature that does not allow air leakage, does not form protrusions in the cabinet, and the doors are double-walled rigid in such a way that they do not rub against the carcass frames.
Under the cubicles, there are 2 mm thick galvanized sheet metal and 180 mm high chassis legs. At the corners of the chassis legs, there are eyebolts for crane transportation and blade slots for forklift transportation.
Cabinet fans are used in places where fresh air that does not require air conditioning is desired. As standard, there is a G4 cassette filter in our fans. Depending on the customer's request, other types of filters can also be used.
